Local Delivery (Malaysia)

FREE LOCAL Delivery for a minimum purchase value of RM1,000 within Malaysia.

After your purchase has been booked, order processing will take 3-5 working days. Actual delivery of your product is subject to courier’s discretion. We deliver via Poslaju and you can expect orders to arrive within 1-3 days. Do take note that this does not include weekends and public holidays.

For purchase value below RM 100 Standard Poslaju charges still apply:

Peninsular Malaysia / Sabah & Sarawak : RM 8 flat rate

International Delivery

All international orders are shipped using PosLaju (Express Shipping). Poslaju is Malaysia’s Express Mail Service and delivers within 3 – 5 business days. Signature will also be required. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows:

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us based on the following terms:

  • If the returns tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition
  • Returned items must reach us within 10 days from the date we deliver to you;
  • Returns must be made via Poslaju or any other courier service only. We do no accept returns via “Snail Mail” or Pos Ekspres.

You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.

Sizing Issue

If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.
You are encouraged to check with us should you have any doubts in choosing your sizes.
Please read the guidelines in choosing the suitable size.

Return Shipping Cost

Both the return charges and the redelivery charges (of the 2nd item) shall be borne by the customer. However, if the return is due to defect item, all these charges will be borne by us.

Non-Returnable / Exchangeable Item

  • Accessories including jewellery, bags, scarves and hair accessories
  • Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons

How To Return

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased items to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage.

Once Quality Control has inspected the returned items, we aim to process your return within 5 business days. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
